I was born in a small border town just at a twenty block distance from “The land of the free and the home of the brave!” Since early childhood, I was exposed to the American way of life in some ways; for example in the habit of having very similar meals, looking at the drawings of some comic books, going to the movies at least three times a week and feeling the spiritual meaning of each Thanksgiving.
