Safe Pee-ing Distance

Saw this in a men’s room in Canada… it was fairly hillarious to see it.  It recommends to stand less than 15 cm from the pee-ing stall for men… otherwise the start may be fine but in the end, when the “supply” goes down.. the drops will fall on the floor.  I was intrigued at the “15 cm” – presumably someone in Canada has done enough studies on what constitutes a safe distance for men.  Wonder if they need such “safety” instructions for women?
