Is my life Pre-destined?

If everything is pre-destined, then why should one make any effort?  This question – that if God has designed and decided everything – then why should I do anything on my own; has troubled most believers.  Sadhguru cuts through the entire question and brings the audience face to face with their own mind-issues.
