How politicians change!! Is this really Dick Cheney?

Look at this video – how Dick is arguing against invading Iraq.  All the reasons he gave then…. came out to be TRUE… and I wonder why or how he changed his mind to fight an unnecessary war?  There is a saying in Hindi: “Vinash-kalya Vipreet budhhi” (when one’s time of destruction comes about.. one loses his mind)
