Google a Spam as per Google's guidelines?

This is funny!  This guy says that according to Google’s own Quality Rating Guidelines for what a SPAM is – Google’s site is itself a Spam!

Guidelines:

When trying to decide if a page is Spam, it is helpful to ask yourself this question: If I remove the scraped (copied) content, the ads, and the links to other pages, is there anything of value left? If the answer is no, page is probably Spam.

Assertion:

If You will remove copied content (search results), the ads and the links to other pages, is there anything of value left? NO.
