'2+2 will strengthen India-US understanding'

The India-US 2+2 Dialogue of foreign and defence ministers is being held for the first time in Delhi.  The dialogue had been postponed twice by Washington citing other priorities.  Thursday’s talks are therefore important and will cover security including terrorism, defence technology trade and China, says Arun K Singh India’s former Ambassador to the United States.
